Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden (State Art Gallery)

Kunsthalle opened in 1909 and displays classical and modern art. The gallery has no collection of its own but regularly organises themed exhibitions with works of arts from private collectors or other museums.

LA8 – Museum of Art and Technology

LA8 is unique in Germany. Its sole focus is on the changing and interlocked relationship between technology and art during the industrial revolution of the 19th century. It’s such a surprisingly large field that the museum changes its exhibition every six months to concentrate on a new facette.

Frieder Burda Museum

At Frieder Burda Museum the private collection of the esteemed art collector of the same name is on display. It’s a very personal collection that concentrates on a few select artists of the 20th century and shows their respective body of work exhaustively.

Fabergé Museum Baden-Baden

The only Museum in the world dedicated to the life of Carl Peter Fabergé, jeweler to the Russian Tsars. The ever growing collection comprises more than 700 items. Pieces of jewelery as well as tools used to create them are on display as are original documents and photographs.
