Mike’s Urban Pub is used at the hotels’ restaurants, while Evita is a modern conference buffet with a twist.
Both systems rely on strictly defined groups of products that are used throughout all full-service hotels operated by Success Hotel Group. Ingredients are selected carefully to enable maximum choice and flexibility while maintaining cost-efficiency. However, it all comes down to a high and consistent level of quality of the products on offer.
The concepts’ goals are to streamline purchasing and reducing cost through bulk orders as well as improved central control over all F&B related matters throughout Success Hotel Group. Efficiency was further improved with the switch to a new digital register and inventory system that makes real-time cost control possible.
